What Advice Do I Listen To??? – 3 Tips to Make Life Easier
So, I know what you are probably thinking, another list of things I need to do for success from some random guy I don’t know. I get it. There are a lot of people out there telling you things you have to do, some of them work some of them don’t.
But how do you know who to listen to for advice and what sources can you trust to give you good information? That’s what I hope to help you be able to determine with this list of tips so you can get the best value online possible.
Tip #1: Are they practicing what they preach?
This is a simple one. If someone is telling you to do some crazy workout or to not eat hamburgers anymore then they better dang well be doing the same thing.
Tip #2: Qualifications to give this advice?
Don’t accept advice about fitness or nutrition from a pizza delivery boy. Now that is a drastic example, but the prinicple is still true. Make sure that if you are taking recommendations about fitness or nutrition it is coming from someone who is qualified to give that advice (A certified trainer, Certified nutritionist, etc.).
Tip #3: Success using this advice?
Here’s an important one to take a look at. Has the person giving this advice or giving this recommendation had success with it? If they haven’t actually tried it or coached someone through the changes, then don’t take that advice. In simple terms, find people more successful than you and listen.
These tips are just some simple ones to help you sift through the crap out there and find the gold. For the best results possible, make sure this advice is coming from a source that hits all three of these tips!
